Schools pre-sell Fo’Cheezy grilled cheese lunches using their regular purchasing system
Final order is due 3 business days in advance
(example: order by Friday for Wednesday delivery)
Fo’Cheezy serves lunches on-site from the food truck, with pickup coordinated for all grade levels
Schools are invoiced after each lunch

Full Sized Sandwich
$8 cost → $10 selling ($2 profit)

Half Sized Sandwich
$5.50 cost → $6.50 selling ($1 profit)

Profit Example:

100 full sandwiches × $2

50 half sandwiches × $1
= $250 raised in one lunch day
